Moodmage Terms of Use

Moodmage supports emotional check-ins, reflection, selected content, and paid personalized AI content. It is not a medical, therapy, or health-advice service. You must be at least 18 and are responsible for protecting your login details.

The free plan includes check-ins, journals, calendars, charts, rule-selected content, and deterministic experiences. The Bestie Plan unlocks personalized AI content such as comfort letters, personal readings, forecasts, and monthly narratives.

The monthly price is shown by the App Store before purchase and is expected to be VND 59,000 per month in Vietnam. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation.

The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.

Manage or cancel under iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Moodmage after reinstalling or changing devices. Apple handles refunds under App Store policy.

Your journal text, future letters, and other inputs remain yours. You permit Moodmage to store and process them only to provide the service under the Privacy Policy.

AI content can be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is for reference, reflection, and entertainment, not diagnosis, prediction, or professional advice.

Do not access another person's data, overload or harm the service, or copy Moodmage's content library for external exploitation. To the extent allowed by law, Moodmage is provided as is and is not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on reference content.

We may update the service or these terms and will communicate material changes in the app or on this page. Email [email protected]. Vietnamese law governs these terms, and Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies where relevant.
